Services Provided “The Campingo” provides a platform for users to discover, research, compare and book camping sites. We are not responsible for the availability, quality, safety, or legality of the camping sites listed on our platform.

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information and keep your account information up-to-date. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password confidential and secure.
Payment and Booking When you book a camping site through our platform, you will be required to pay the full price of the booking in advance. We use third-party payment processors to process payments, and you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of these payment processors.
Cancellation and Refunds Cancellation and refund policies for camping site bookings vary by individual camping site. Please refer to the specific camping site’s policy before making a booking. In some cases, cancellations and refunds may not be available.
User Conduct You agree not to use our platform for any illegal or unauthorized purposes. You agree not to:
- Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
- Infringe on the rights of others, including copyrights and trademarks
- Transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature
- Take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure

We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of our platform or the information, content, materials, or products included on our platform. You acknowledge that your use of our platform is at your sole risk.
Limitation of Liability In no event will we be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of our platform, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless “The Campingo” and its affiliates, and their respective officers, agents, partners and employees, from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of our platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
Modification of Terms We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes to these Terms, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on our platform. Your continued use of our platform after any changes to these Terms indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of India and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in India in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of our platform.
